Maryland Delaware and District of Columbia State Elks Associations Holds State Soccer Shoot
Saturday, November 10, 2007 the MD-DE-DC Elks Association held its State Soccer Shoot in Ocean City MD and the West District and Hagerstown Lodge #378 did real well. The following ate the results:
Boys
Under 8 Thomas Forrest finished 3rd in the State
Boys Under 10 Alex Lund got 4th by default due to him being sick with
the flu.
Boys Under 12 Brendon Burkholder finished 2nd in the State
Boys Under 14 Conner Troxell finished 1st in the State.
Girls
Under 8 Natalie Jack finished 1st in the State
Girls Under 10 Molly Stewart finished 3rd in the State
Girls Under 12 Paige Owens finished 2nd in the State

Congratulations to Broadneck Lodge #2608, winners of the spring Horseshoe Tournament held a Laurel Lodge#2283. The winning team of Lewis Adkins and Paul Persinger retired undefeated, and the runners-up were from Frederick Lodge#684.
