| This association of the Benevolent and
Protective Order of Elks Lodges in the State of
Maryland, State of Delaware and District of
Columbia, is formed to unite all Elks in closer
bonds of fraternity; to further good fellowship
among Lodges; to protect and promote the interests
of this Order in the State of Maryland, State of
Delaware and the District of Columbia, and to bear
true allegiance to the Constitution and laws of
the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the
United States of
