MEETINGS AND FISCAL YEAR
SECTION 1. This Association shall hold a Fall
Conference in October, a Winter Conference in January,
which will include an Association-wide Workshop, a
Spring Conference in April, and an Annual Convention in
June. (4/00) The time and place of all meetings shall be
determined by the President, with the approval of the
Advisory Committee. (2/88) The Annual Convention will
commence on a Friday which will be reserved for all
Committee Meetings. There will be a morning and an
afternoon business session on Saturday at which all
business will be conducted. All Sunday sessions will be
open and consist of the Annual Memorial Service, the
Awards Session, and the Installation of new officers.
The place and dates of all meetings will be determined
by the President with the approval of the Advisory
Committee. Notice of all meetings will be sent by the
Association Secretary to all member Lodges not less than
thirty days prior to the first date of each meeting. The
Secretary shall mail each member Lodge minutes of each
meeting in not more than thirty days following the close
of each meeting. The agenda for the Winter Conference
will be developed by the President, with the assistance
of the Advisory Committee. The Workshop shall be
presided over by the Association President.

SECTION 2. Special meetings of the Association
may be called by the Advisory Committee upon not less
than twenty days notice, in writing, to member
Lodges.
SECTION 3. Thirty duly accredited delegates,
representing not less than a majority of the Lodges,
shall constitute a quorum.
SECTION 4. The Fiscal year of the Association
shall begin May 1st of each calendar year.

SECTION 5. Procedures as to the conduct of all
Association and Committee meetings herein set out, shall
be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order.
