(a) Copies of the Constitution, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and all amendments thereto or changes therein.
(b) A copy of the proceedings of each meeting or convention.
(c) A correct list of its officers and the Lodges composing it together with the correct post office address of the President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and each member of its governing body. Said list shall also be sent to the Grand ­Secretary.
(d) A copy of the report of the Treasurer. All such information shall be promptly furnished and shall be kept up to date so as to show all changes and correction therein. In addition thereto each State Association shall at all times promptly furnish to any said officers or to the Grand Lodge any other information that may be requested.
